Privacy

Account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture.

Launch Checks: the URLs you check and what we read from those public pages (text, metadata and a screenshot), plus the Product Brief and findings we write from them.

Checked Launch orders: your intake answers, the Channel Plan, posts, images and Tracked Links we prepare, the fixes we make during the check, order and refund status, and the conversions you report in the results review.

Payments: Dodo Payments processes your payment as merchant of record. We receive the payment status, amount and currency, not your card or UPI details.

Technical: your IP address is used to rate-limit free Launch Checks and is kept in our rate-limit store for up to 24 hours. Errors are logged so we can fix them.

We do not sell your data. We do not post, send or submit anything on your behalf. We do not use your intake answers or kit for anyone else's launch.

Tracked Links count clicks per link. We receive totals per link from the link shortener, not the identity of the people who click.

Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), OpenAI (writing briefs, plans, posts and images), Firecrawl (reading public pages), Upstash (rate limits), Resend (email), Dodo Payments (payments), Dub (short links and click counts, when enabled), Sentry (error monitoring) and Google (sign-in, if you use it). Each processes data only to provide its part of the service.

We use a sign-in session cookie, and a cookie that lets you keep a Launch Check you ran before signing in (it lasts 7 days). Your theme choice is stored in your browser. Page analytics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

We keep your account, Launch Checks and orders while your account exists. Order and payment records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.

Email support@unbeta.app to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and its data. We reply within a few working days.

Launch Checks are private unless you make one public with the share switch.
